Bentley AutoPIPE software full crack download and AutoPIPE is a stand-alone, engineering application for the calculation of piping stresses, fatigue stresses, fluid transient, bowing or thermal transient analysis, flange or pipe support design, and equipment nozzle loading analysis under static and dynamic loading conditions. In addition to 30+ piping codes, AutoPIPE incorporates ASME, JSME, British Standard, European, API, NEMA, ANSI, ASCE, AISC, UBC, GOST and WRC guidelines and design limits to provide a comprehensive analysis of the entire system.
AutoPIPE provides you with a comprehensive and advanced software tool specialized in pipe stress analysis. Increase your productivity and improve quality control with an intuitive modeling environment and advanced analysis capabilities. Ensure efficient workflows between pipe stress engineers, structural engineers, and CAD designers through interoperability with leading plant design applications.
Code updates
– ASME Nuclear Codes NB and NCD both updated to the latest code year 2023. No significant changes to the calculations and only minor changes to the material properties.
– ASME B31J Stress Intensification Factors and Flexibility Factors code updated to the latest code year 2023. Note we retain the previous versions should you want to continue using them.
– Canadian CSA-Z662 updated to the latest code year 2023. No significant changes to the calculations were observed.
New codes and analysis features
ASME NM.2
As part of our drive the support the ASME non metallic codes we completed the implementation of ASME NM.2 for Glass / Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GRP / FRP) in the first minor update to AutoPIPE 2024. This has been well received by our users as more and more move to non metallic piping. We will deliver the ASME NM.1 Thermoplastic Piping later this year.
EN1591 Flange design
The long awaited European Flange design to EN1591 is now available. This required writing from the ground up with a brand new reporting tool as the input is very different to the already supported ASME approaches. This feature will allow users to extract flanges from their models, carry out the more detailed analysis that is available with EN1591 and generate a report from within AutoPIPE.
Fatigue analysis
We already have fatigue analysis for nuclear users that follows the process in ASME NB for Class 1 nuclear components. We now support non nuclear fatigue using ASME B31.3 Appendix W302.1. Combine operating conditions and assign expected number of cycles and receive the material fatigue usage. Leveraging AutoPIPE’s principal “General” stress calculations, the solution is piping code agnostic. Standard ASME fatigue curves and custom fatigue curves with up to 100 entries can be considered. An extensive fatigue report showing how cycles contribute to the usage factor (total fatigue damage) is provided.
Other features
Data API
We now provide a well documented Python API to read and manipulate AutoPIPE’s proprietary binary file. Create scripts so that repetitive processes can be automated. Import pipe property details from external spreadsheets, define options, test compliancy of all models in a directory, query a number of models for specific data, assign data to multiple components like flange weight based on specification, calculate the surface area of pipe for paint or insulation requirements and much more. With the very powerful API can work on multiple models at the same time, improving you productivity. AutoPIPE Data API Webinar
Template file
Templating your project information and sharing around your team, will improve efficiency and consistency. Saving a model to template stores global information like Model Options (General, Edit, Results), Pipe Properties, Loadings (Wind, Static G etc) that can then be shared and reused saving time entering them into each new model and allowing for standardization across the project.
Landing Page
The Landing Page brings together all the setting, tools, help and license control for your convenience and provides direct access to your recent models including the new Template Files. Most importantly it notifies you that we have a newer version available than the one you are using as many users have found it difficult to know when this is the case. Additionally we will also send notifications of news items and events relevant to AutoPIPE.
Report Cache
Many times, the report might be needed when there has been no change to the model. Currently, the report would need to regenerate fresh each time. With report cache the program will reopen the previous output report held in cache without the need to regenerate it. Once the model has changed, the results will be affected and a new report will grnerated.
Piping Codes
– Added ASME NB 2021 – Class 1 Components. The stress indices calculations for branch connections made with fillet or partial penetration welds [NB-3683.8 (e)] have been updated.
– Added ASME NCD 2021 – Class 2 and Class 3 Components. ASME has combined ASME NC and ASME ND in to a single standard as ASME NCD. AutoPIPE now provides ASME NCD as a new piping code. There are no major changes in ASME NCD from ASME NC / ASME ND 2019.
– Added ASME B31.1 2022 – Power Piping. This edition of B31.1 has updated the axial stress calculations for Sustained and Occasional categories. There are changes to some material properties that are available in AutoPIPE libraries.
– ASME B31.12 Hydrogen Pipelines Code – Added support for using Option B for Hf calculations.
– All ASME B31J consistency Warning and Error messages have been improved to provide more details.
Modeling
– Rotational Supports is updated to better represent gapped supports.
– Use SIF of 2.0 option for reducers in now enabled for B31J models.
– Introduced importance factor for snow loading and updated default input units.
